On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, a court session was held in Sine (Sanandaj) to address the charges against seven civil and labor activists, they are identified as Seyyed Khaled Hosseini, Jamal Asadi, Iqbal Shabani, Fardin Miraki, Shith Amani, Farshid Abdollahi, Arman Salimi, and Sussan Razaani. The hearing took place in the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of the Islamic republic of Iran in Sine (Sanandaj).

The activists mounted their defense against allegations including "propaganda against the regime" and "disruption of public order."

On Sunday, January 5, 2025, a preliminary hearing for these individuals took place in the Second Branch of the Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Sanandaj. Following the clarification of the charges, they were released upon the provision of bail.

The allegations against them were substantiated by their participation and singing patriotic anthems in a memorial event held for “Daye Farast Jafar Qashlaqii”, a mother of one of the victims killed by Iranian government in Sine (Sanandaj).
