Kurdistan: Death sentence for a Kurdish detainee charged with drug trafficking has been carried out at central Prison in Karaj

In the early hours of Tuesday, April 15, 2025, the death sentence of Ali Faza Doostianni, a prisoner from Kirmashan (Kermanshah), was carried out at the Central Prison in Karaj.

This Kurdish prisoner was detained approximately six years ago for drug trafficking and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic republic of Iran.

As of now, the execution of this Kurdish inmate has not been published from either governmental officials or media outlets within Iran.
