Karaj: death sentence for an inmate convicted of homicide carried out

In the early hours of Monday, May 12, 2025, the death sentence for Kourosh Jalili, from Kermashan(Kermanshah), was carried out at the Qezal Hessar Prison in Karaj.

This prisoner was detained three years prior on charges of "premeditated murder" and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic republic of Iran.

As of now, the execution of this prisoner has not been published by either government officials or media outlets within Iran.
