Death sentence for two Kurdish prisoners convicted of drug trafficking were implemented in a andar-Abbas central prison

On the morning of Tuesday, April 15, 2025, the death sentences of two Kurdish prisoners, Peyman Naderi from Kirmashan (Kermanshah) and Karim Esmaeili from “Shabad”(Islamabad-gharb), were executed in the Central Prison of Bandar-Abbas.


According to an informed source, Peyman Naderi, 28 years old had been arrested two years prior on charges related to drug trafficking and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.


The source further noted that Karim Esmaeili had also been sentenced to death three years ago for drug trafficking.


As of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the execution of these two Kurdish prisoners from authorities or media outlets within Iran.
